Introducing Type
Talking is still the fastest way to get things out of your head. But it isn't always possible. Now there's another way in.
On a train, in a library, or next to someone who's asleep, saying “buy oat milk” out loud isn't always an option. So we've added one small button.
How it works
Under the big Talk button there's now a button that says Type. Tap it and write whatever's on your mind, however it comes out. Then tap Add.
What you write gets the same AI tidy-up as what you say. One long sentence becomes a few short, clear tasks, and they drop into Today.
Why it's a small button
Talk is still the main way in, so it stays big. Type is there when you need it and easy to ignore when you don't. That's how we try to add anything: quietly, and only if the app stays simple.
Free and Plus
Type works the same on both. Typed tasks count towards Free's 3 new tasks a day, just like spoken ones.
Type is available now. Update ADHDictate from the App Store to get it.
